Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of jubagames.com and the games of Juba Games, which are owned by Kobaltstack LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the website or playing our games you agree to these terms.

1. Playing our games

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play our games for non-commercial purposes — on this website and on official platforms where we have published them.

2. What you may not do

• copy, host or embed builds of our games on other websites without our written permission;
• circumvent technical protection measures (including domain locking), decompile or modify the games;
• use the website for anything unlawful or interfere with its operation.

3. Intellectual property

All games, artwork, music, text, logos and trademarks of Juba Games are owned by or licensed to Kobaltstack LLC. Press-kit materials may be used for reviews, news coverage and promotion of our games.

4. Third-party platforms

When you play our games on YouTube Playables, Yandex Games, CrazyGames or other platforms, their own terms apply as well. We are not affiliated with these companies other than as a game developer.

5. No warranty

The website and games are provided “as is”. We do our best to keep everything running, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or compatibility with every device.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kobaltstack LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or games.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Questions: hello@jubagames.com.
