This policy explains how Kobaltstack LLC (“we”, “us”), the company behind Juba Games, handles data of visitors to jubagames.com and players of our games. The short version: we collect as little as possible and we don’t know who you are.

1. Who we are

The website and our games are operated by Kobaltstack LLC. Contact: hello@jubagames.com.

2. What the website and web games collect

The website and the web versions of our games on jubagames.com use anonymous, cookieless analytics only. It helps us understand which pages and games people enjoy. Only aggregated data is collected:

  • pages viewed and the referring website;
  • country (derived from your IP address, which is discarded immediately and never stored);
  • device type, browser and operating system;
  • anonymous events: clicking “Play”, starting a game, following a link to another platform.

We do not use cookies, do not build profiles, do not use advertising identifiers and cannot identify you personally. That’s why there is no cookie banner on this site.

3. Game saves

Progress in our web games may be stored locally in your browser (localStorage). It is never sent to us, and you can delete it at any time by clearing site data in your browser settings.

4. Games on YouTube Playables

Our games on YouTube Playables do not collect any personal data and do not send us any information about players. YouTube itself processes data under Google’s own privacy policy.

5. Other platforms

If you play our games on third-party platforms (for example Yandex Games or CrazyGames), that platform processes data under its own privacy policy. We may receive aggregated statistics from platforms (such as the number of game sessions) only.

6. Email

If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply, and keep them no longer than necessary.

7. Children

Our games are suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children (including under COPPA and GDPR). If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your rights

Because we don’t store data that identifies you, in most cases there is nothing for us to export or delete. You can still contact us at hello@jubagames.com with any question about your data under the GDPR, CCPA or other applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version, with its effective date, is always available on this page.
